What a trip I had last week going around Aussie again and meeting with some real movers and shakers in the industry. We showed people how to find, hire, train and manage staff to really duplicate themselves in the business. I know this was one of the biggest steps I took in my business and to be honest I was scared sh#%**ss of letting go and trusting other people to do job right and give my clients the very best service. Once I implemented these systems I only got the very best staff and I finally had a ‘real business’.

The response from the people attending the seminars was awesome and I was so pleased to catch up with some of our members who had purchased Maximum Response Fitness Marketing and/or Auto Closer and to hear about their success stories. These people have grown their businesses since May to the point where they really need staff fast! This is a nice problem to have, more clients then you can handle, but it has just as many challenges to face as having not enough clients.

Leonie Berger from Adelaide casually mentioned that she has sold over $16,000 worth of PT in the last 2 months working from her home and Gary (Wagner) and Cara from Melbourne have exploded their business using the Auto Closer system even though they didn’t finish all of the training. Now they need great staff to service their new clients and they want to be able to train and MANAGE them effectively which is a whole new skill set. Well done to all of you who have taken action and are now getting results.

Hi everyone,

WOW what an awesome time we had with our new ‘Gold Plus’ Members on our last National Tour. Not only did we get to meet the real movers and shakers in FFP but we created marketing calenders, Small Group Coaching programs and learned how to create our own Fitness Products (DVD’s, CD’s, Manuals, Books, Free Reports etc).

We started our trip over here in the West with a small group of heaby hitters. Being able to spend time with each person was invaluable and being able to put plans together and take action on them was very productive.

We asked our South Australian Gold Plus members to fly to Melbourne so we had a great group there (bit chilli though!). We were thrilled to be able to take everyone out for lunch and to learn more about each person’s business and what there goals are. What a positive, motivated team!

Sydney was a blast (still cold) with some of our better known contributors on the Fit For Profit online Forum Community site were there, sharing and learning. Again we had a delicious lunch and there were some real breakthroughs for the attendees.

Brisbane was the last stop and one of the best. We had some new and longer term members there and the excirement in the room was obvious. Some real success stories came out of the event and our only regret was not having all of our new Gold Plus members there. We love QLD and they have some real dynamite fitness professionals up there who will be featuring in more of our updates and newsletters.

We love spending time with you folks and helping you move your businesses to the next level is what we are all about. Hearing and seeing the growth and deveopment in you is such a buzz, sharing the excitement of getting more, committed, focussed clients in your business is a real bonus for us.
